Budapest, 2011. május 13. – A Nemzeti Vese Program a Nefrológiai Szolgáltatók Egyesülete által kezdeményezett, a Magyar Nephrologiai Társaság, a Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság, a Nefrológiai Szolgáltatók Egyesülete és a civil szervezetek (Vesebetegek Egyesületeinek Országos Szövetsége, Magyar Szervátültetettek Szövetsége, Transzplantációs Alapítvány a Megújított Életekért és Magyar Vese Alapítvány) által útjára indított és támogatott közös platform. A program célja a lakosság folyamatos informálása a vesebetegség veszélyeiről és kezelési lehetőségeiről, valamint egy olyan szakmai párbeszéd lefolytatása, amelynek eredménye egy – a döntéshozók számára is iránymutatást, valódi megoldást jelentő - cselekvési terv megalkotása.
